Currently, the company comprises of a network of nine laboratories, of which all are located along the West Coast of Penisular Malaysia. The central administrative office and it's headquarter laboratory is located at the 3rd Floor, Pantai Medical Centre Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur .

The other eight branch laboratories are located in Hospital Pantai Batu Pahat, Hospital Pandan Indah, Johor Bahru, Hospital Pantai Ayer Keroh, Hospital Pantai Putri Ipoh, Pantai Cheras Medical Centre, Hospital Pantai Mutiara Penang, and Pantai Klang Specialist Medical Centre.
