Pantai Premier Pathology Sdn. Bhd,(PPPSB)
formerly known as Premier Carrier Sdn. Bhd, was incorporated
in July 1997 as a wholly owned subsidiary company of Pantai
Support Services Sdn. Bhd. which in turn is wholly owned by
Pantai Holdings Berhad. Pantai Premier Pathology Sdn Bhd (PPPSB),
is a registered company in Malaysia (Company registration :438067-X).
PPPSB provides a diverse range of quality diagnostic and analytical
laboratory testing services to referring medical practitioners.
Referrals are received from a broad serving base of general
practitioners and specialist doctors, from medical clinics,
medical centres to large tertiary hospitals in Malaysia.
The provision of quality laboratory testing services
that is dedicated, precise and reliable, through its efficient
and friendly staff force has been the basic premises of Pantai
Premier Pathology since its inception. And these commitments
to quality continue to be part of Pantai Premier’s company
culture. Thus in order to perpetuate this objective Pantai Premier
has established and effectively maintained a Quality Management
System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000. With
the ISO 9001 Standards in place as of May 2002, we have proven
to our clients, our quality assurance and commitment towards
Total Quality Healthcare delivery.
The Directors, management and employees of PPPSB
work closely as a team committed to each other. Continuous Quality
Improvement programs are drilled down to all levels of staff
in the entire company.
Our staff comprise of highly trained and
qualified laboratory professionals and are carefully selected
based not only on their qualifications but also on their personal
attributes. They are available to answer questions and discuss
results during operating hours. To ensure they are equipped
with the latest information and to keep abreast with advancements
in technologies and procedures for improvements, our laboratory
professionals regularly attend seminars, conferences and continuing
education programs.
Pantai Premier Pathology applies a high standard
of quality control in its operations and participates extensively
in local and overseas External Quality Assurance Schemes. This
is to ensure we meet the high quality standards expected by
our management and our clients.

Incorporate the administrative
office and the set up of the
first laboratory of Premier Carrier in Brickfields, Kuala
Lumpur.
1997, October
Incorporate, two branch laboratories, one each in Melacca
and Johore Bahru.
1997, November
Incorporate, two branch laboratories, one each in Penang
and Ipoh.
1998, January
Incorporate a new laboratory (clinical) in Pantai
Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
1999, June
Branch laboratory in Ipoh moved in to Hospital Pantai
Putri
Ipoh.
2000, May
Incorporate a new branch laboratory in Pantai Cheras
Medical Centre.
2000, May
Incorporate a new branch laboratory in Pantai Klang
Specialist Medical Centre
2000, September
Administrative office merge with laboratory in Pantai
